We currently do not have a return policy. All sales are final. If you find that you do have an issue with your item. Please feel free to contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions regarding your item under extreme circumstances (i.e. wrong item shipped, damaged item prior to shipping ,etc). If granted a return, we will cover the cost. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. See refund section is applicable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Currently, we only provide refunds in extreme circumstances as mentioned in the return sections. However, please contact us at : email@example.com with questions, comments, or concerns. If granted a refund, we will provide you with a shipping label associated with your return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
At this time, 100 Brawn does not allow exchanges, but please refer to the refund and/or return section if necessary.
All order will be mailed 3-5 business days after order is placed. 100 Brawn LLC does not ship orders on weekends or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, pandemics, lost packages, etc. You may receive a tracking number which means your label has been created but your order may not have shipped yet.
